One-sheet
Guidelines.
One-sheets are free pages for independent artists, hosted on ummonte.com. These are the rules that keep them useful and fair for everyone. Sending the form means you agree to them.
Who it is for
- Independent music artists and bands, solo or in a group, at any stage.
- If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must send the form with you and agree to these guidelines.
What goes on the page
- Only true information. We do not invent numbers, venues, press or quotes, and we remove anything we cannot confirm.
- Photos, songs and videos you own or have permission to use. Credit photographers when they ask for it.
- Your own name and identity. No pages for artists you do not represent.
- A public phone number or email only if you authorise it in the form.
What we do not publish
- Hate speech, harassment, or content that attacks people for who they are.
- Sexually explicit content, graphic violence, or anything that promotes illegal activity.
- Content that infringes someone else's rights, including other people's logos or photos used without permission.
- Pages made to sell unrelated products or services, or to collect other people's data.
How review works
- A person at UMMONTE reads every submission. Most pages go live within 24 hours, often much sooner.
- We may shorten or edit text for clarity and length, and we choose the layout, colours and fonts from your material. We never add facts you did not give us.
- If something does not follow these guidelines, we write to you before publishing. We may decline a page without having to explain every detail.
What a one-sheet is and is not
- It is a presentation page. It does not make UMMONTE your agent, manager or label, and it is not a booking or promotion service.
- The page is free and there is no obligation to hire anything.
- The page shows "developed by UMMONTE" at the top and a small link for other artists to create theirs.
Changes and removal
- Things change: send updates whenever you release, play or get a new photo. We recommend a small update every month.
- You can ask for changes or removal at any time by writing to [email protected]. Removal is done as soon as we read your message.
- We may remove a page that stops following these guidelines.
Your data
- Your name and email are used only to talk to you about your page. They are not shown on the page.
- The newsletter is optional and only sent if you tick the box. Every email has a link to leave.
