Stop Posting More. Start Building a System.

Post more Reels. Post more behind-the-scenes. Post 1x a day, then 3x a day, then start a second account just to keep up. It’s the default advice handed to almost every independent artist, and it treats the feed like the whole job.
We’ve watched a lot of artists try it. We tried it ourselves too, back when we were figuring out how to produce content and still get everything else done. Film it, cut it, caption it, post it, check the phone every twenty minutes to see if it did anything. Some days it worked. Most days it just sat there. And the whole time, nothing else got made.
Here’s what changed for us: the goal isn’t posting more. It’s building a system.
It’s strategy over quantity. Consistency over volume.
That means knowing what a post is for before it gets made, not after. It means having a bank of photos and footage ready instead of starting from zero every time. It means separating the thinking from the doing, so the days spent creating aren’t also the days spent deciding.
It also means using what’s actually available now. AI has a real place in a few specific spots: organizing the calendar, sorting hours of footage down to what matters, drafting a first pass of a caption so a person is editing instead of starting blank. Not the voice. Just the busywork around it.
None of that is the interesting part of being an artist. All of it protects the time for the part that is.
We’ve been studying and building exactly this, a way to produce content that holds up week after week without eating the time meant for the real work. Not a shortcut. A structure that keeps the constant part constant, so the creative part stays yours.
What does your content system look like right now? Or does it not exist yet?
