Refund policy

This policy covers ELSEWHERE, LUT Pack 01 (US$ 9), sold by UMMONTE Creative Studio. Last updated 30 September 2026.

7-day money-back guarantee

If ELSEWHERE is not right for you, tell us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full price. You do not need to write a long explanation. A short note is enough.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of buying.
2. Use the email address you bought with, and write "ELSEWHERE refund" in the subject.
3. If something did not work, tell us what happened (which editor, what you saw). We may be able to fix it, but if you still want the refund, you get it.

How the refund works

• We refund the original payment method through the checkout provider. Banks and card companies can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• Once refunded, your license ends. Please delete the ELSEWHERE files from your devices and do not use them in new projects.
• Videos you already delivered before the refund are not affected.

When we cannot refund

• Requests made after the 7 days.
• If the files were shared, resold or redistributed, which the license does not allow.
• Repeated purchase and refund of the same product.

Before you ask, a quick check

ELSEWHERE is made for Rec.709 footage. If your clip is log, apply a conversion LUT first (there are conversion LUTs in the pack). HDR footage is not covered. The start guide inside the pack explains this in a few minutes, and a lot of "it looks wrong" cases are solved there. You are still free to ask for a refund at any time inside the 7 days.

ELSEWHERE is a digital download, and you get access right after payment. Nothing is shipped.
